EVENT RULES
I have read and understood the Event Rules and agree to abide by the terms set out therein.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All participants pledge to raise a minimum £50.00 per person for Charlton Athletic Community Trust.
- Maximum number of 200 attendees/fundraisers allowed
- Registration will be open from 8.15am and the walk will be completed by 1pm at The Valley.
- You will be supplied with a t-shirt and wristband upon registration and refreshments on the walk
- Participants are personally responsible for preparing for all weather eventualities and are advised to pack suncream, rain jackets etc. depending on the forecast
PRIVACY POLICY
I understand and agree that by submitting an online registration to participate in this event, I am consenting to receive email and postal communications from Charlton Athletic Community Trust. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure emails regarding my participation in the event sent by Charlton Athletic Community Trust and/or event organisers (including but not limited to email receipts, tickets and advanced notices) are received by me, and are not redirected to Spam or Junk folders or sent to email addresses I do not have access to.
I acknowledge that my data will only be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to electronic marketing, if I provide specific consent for this during the registration process. I understand that I may unsubscribe from any marketing emails I do opt in to receiving at any time, either by changing the option in my Profile Settings or by calling Charlton Athletic Community Trust at any time.
I am aware that Charlton Athletic Community Trust will never sell or otherwise distribute my details to any third party, except in regards to providing health and safety data to the event organisers for use in that respect only.
