After taking part in the virtual Upbeats Walk for the past two years, Jacob and I wanted to do the real thing and raise money for a fantastic cause.
As Charlton fans we're so proud of the work CACT does in our community and the Upbeats have brought us so much joy over the years with their joy and enthusiasm.
