Brian's Story
Unfortunately I am severely obese.
At the begining of May 2021 I spent 2 weeks in hospital including 6 days in Intensive Care which became a real health wake up call.
I decided I wanted to lose 10 stones but also to raise a substantial amount of money for the CACT Upbeats Down Sydrome team who represent my club, Charlton Athletic. FC
I would like to raise £1000 per stone with a target loss off 10 stone loss by August 2022 and raising £10k
