Clive Harris's Story
I am very proud of my SE London roots and want to help its community where I can. I can run a half marathon each week so lets raise so cash, maintain our fitness and support such worthy causes
Running Update 08/03/21 - 14/03/21
2 x 7,3km runs this week but with a 10km walk around Londons Roman Walls on Thursday with Buddy & fellow Charlton fan Nick Tonduer, so 24km plus and this weeks half marathon completed!
Knee sore but holding out
Running Update 01/03/21 - 07/03/21
So week one, I ran the 7.3km loop around my house through Hertfordshire countryside Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, total of 21.9km, half marathon complete!
Dodgy army knee a little griefy but nothing too bad
