Ian's Story

The Charlton Upbeats offers children and adults with Down’s syndrome the opportunity to play football in a safe and welcoming environment and has been running for 15 years now. The Upbeats have regular training sessions and take part in tournaments and competitions across the United Kingdom throughout the year. The programme is entirely funded by voluntary donations and your support is crucial in helping CACT to continue the programme in the future.
