Our Story: Jo & Co!
Jo has been volunteering with the Upbeats since 2021 and this is her third Upbeats walk! The Charlton Upbeats is an amazing programme for children and adults with Down's Syndrome and their families, it is funded entirely by voluntary donations.This year is a friends & family affair to raise as much as we can for this fantastic provision.Our team will include:Jo, Jacqui, Alan, Michelle, Duncan & Bex!
