This is my fundraising page on behalf of Charlton Athletic Community TrustI love playing football it’s my life and I think that everyone should be able to play my friend Jonathan West a huge fellow CAFC fan plays for the upbeats Down Syndrome team. The upbeats is for kids & adults with DS regardless of age & ability and is entirely funded by donations it’s amazing.So I’m going to walk 9 miles with my Mummy & Daddy and lots of others.
