I, among other Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) supporters, will be walking a nine-mile route from Charlton Athletic’s Training Ground in New Eltham to The Valley, all in aid of the Charlton Upbeats programme,The Charlton Upbeats offers children and adults with Down’s syndrome the opportunity to play football in a safe and welcoming environment and has been running for 15 years now. The Charlton Upbeats offers children and adults with Down’s syndrome the opportunity to play football in a safe and welcoming environment and has been running for 15 years now.
